Our Professional Services team provides a high level of client support throughout the deployment of complex customized projects and worldwide rollouts. Our experts assess client needs, then propose, design, and coordinate delivery of required services. You’ll ensure premium service quality for the support and organization of clients’ virtual events, whether online conferences for thousands or small webinars.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical advice, support and strategy to our customers and the Sales Team. Working on a peer level with Sales Account Managers, you’ll formulate an Account Plan for nominated customers. You’ll act as the Technical Authority for these clients. And you’ll evangelize Arkadin Solutions from a technical perspective to help transform businesses and ensure clients of our ability to deliver solutions.
Reporting directly to the Professional Services Manager of your geographical zone, you’ll apply Arkadin project management best practices in order to execute assigned projects in a controlled manner. Your responsibilities will also include planning, executing, and finalizing UC&C Services projects on time and within budget, coordinating with customers, team members, and contractors. You’ll succeed because you’re a great organizer.
Within the Professional Services Department, you’ll validate high-level designs and produce the Microsoft-compatible low level designs needed by your clients to implement Lync-based UC solutions. You’ll also be involved in consultancy missions designed to analyze your customers’ existing ecosystems and propose easy-to-integrate remote collaboration solutions. Ensuring that our solutions offer both technical compliance and profitability is your main goal.
Using a solutions-based approach, you’ll design, create, and execute events. Working directly with the customer from receipt of the event order through to the completion of the event and any follow-up, you’ll ensure a seamless, successful event.
